If you are an old-fashioned and SharePoint power user, you may try to use old types of functions they had earlier to replicate SharePoint sites.
"Save site as template" (click here to learn more) or append "_layouts/15/savetmpl.aspx" to your site and will get below by default in SharePoint Online.

Open SharePoint Designer (download and install if you don't have it. Follow the link https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35491).
Click on the site and choose "Site Options" from the top ribbon.
Simply change the value to "true" and then you will have what you need 😊
